There are no product refunds. If there is a problem or issue with your order, please notify orders@oceanviewzhaircare.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. 

Please note: Our products are 100% natural made of oils and butters which can melt with excessive heat. If your products begin to melt simply store them in a cool space to regain form of product.
